Local Orders
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post is experiencing delays and delivery time may be unpredictable. If you are a customer in the GTA, consider choosing the FREE local pickup option at checkout for a guaranteed delivery time. Local pickups will be made ready within 1-3 business days. Standard pickup location is in the Little Italy neighbourhood of Toronto, but can be arranged elsewhere by special request.
Local delivery is also available at a flat rate of $5 within a 4km radius from packing location. Local deliveries will be made within 1-3 business days from ordering.
You will receive email confirmation to arrange a date & time for local pickup or delivery.
If you live outside of the GTA but would like your order held for a later date (e.g. hold your order until the next time you visit Toronto), select the local pickup option at checkout and send us an email with request details.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 1-3 business days and include tracking. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed so please allow extra time to receive your item.
Domestic shipments for orders of $200 or less: $8 flat rate. (Estimated delivery 3-7 business days.)
Domestic shipments for orders over $200: FREE (Estimated delivery 3-7 business days.)
EXPRESS domestic shipments: $14 flat rate. (Estimated delivery 1-3 business days.)
International shipments are sent at a flat rate of $20. (Estimated delivery 1-2 weeks.)
Returns & Exchanges
At this time Studio Orobica does not offer returns and exchanges for any products. All purchases are final sale. However, if you believe your item has a fabrication defect, please reach out via email so that we can make it right. We will always do our best to make sure you are able to enjoy the piece you have purchased. Jewellery that is cared for properly should have a long and happy life - please see the Product Care page for more information. Studio Orobica reserves the right to refuse unreasonable repair requests.
Re-Sizing
Rings and other items can often be re-sized by request, at an additional fee. If you know you will require re-sizing, please reach out before purchasing the item to receive a quote and confirm sizing is possible.
Out of Stock
If you see a sold out product that you are interested in, contact us by email to find out if the item can be re-made for you.

Eco Packaging Alliance
Our aim is to use only eco-friendly, recyclable and/or compostable packaging materials. Studio Orobica has partnered with noissue to create stickers and stamps that align with this sustainable branding goal. Our stickers are made from acid-free FSC certified paper and soy-based ink, and our reusable stamp also uses soy-based ink! At this time, every part of our packaging is either recyclable or compostable, except the clear tape used to adhere shipping labels and keep them waterproof. Perfecting our packaging is an ongoing process and we are 99% of the way there!
